Dr. Niki Silverstein of Silverstein Eye To Collect Pet Goods for Eleventh Hour Rescue in Randolph

Chester, NJ – For the third  year, Silverstein Eye of Chester, NJ will be conducting a holiday collection for the Eleventh Hour Rescue Animal Shelter in Randolph, NJ as part of their “Vision to Lead” program.  Eleventh Hour Rescue is an organization in that literally saves dogs and cats from death row. They are a volunteer-based, non-profit, 501c3 organization. They shelter dogs and cats and also offer them for foster and adoption.

 
Dr. Niki Silverstein states, “I am always amazed at how generous people are when he hold our drive.each year, Everything that is brought in, from food to toys to cleaning supplies to spare change, is going to such a worthy cause. Eleventh Hour Rescue is such a great organization, and I am happy they found a new home in Randolph. Thank you in advance to everyone that will donate this  year.”
 
Food is always needed. EHR prefers higher-quality food brands like: Wellness, Kirkland, Blue Buffalo, Honest Kitchen, California Natural, Evanger, Castor and Pullox, Drs. Foster and Smith, Evo, Life’s Abundance, Merrick, Fromm, Wysong, and ZiwiPeak.  Dog treats of any kind and brand are welcome. They would also like toys, like busy bones, kongs and squeaky toys.
 
This year Eleventh Hour Rescue is also looking for dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, dog toys, kong toys, peanut butter, scrubby sponges, pill pockets, Martingale and regular collars (medium and large), copy paper and manilla files. Old towels are also requested. Gift cards to Staples, monetary donations and spare change are also welcome and can be dropped off and handed to a staff member at the office of Dr. Silverstein.
 
A collection box will be placed in the office of Silverstein Eye at 408 Main Street in Chester, NJ. The entrance to the office is in the back of the building. The office is generally open from 9-5 daily but you can call for hours as drop-offs during office hours are preferred. Do not leave money or gift cards in the outside bin.The public is welcome to come in and drop off donations.
 
However, if the office is closed please leave the donations in the bin left outside the back entrance. The collection boxes will be available until January 15, so consider donating any excess gifts and items you may have left over after the holidays.
